This pic is from a while back touring in the Mt. Rose area. It was a sunny day... but a windy one. You can see Washoe Lake in the background which is known for it's wind (and thus a known spot for kiting) ... I haven't noticed it before, presumably because the lake varies greatly in size over the year. It's max depth is 12ft!
